Guided Meditation
Meditation has been found to slow us down, connect us to our heart’s truest wisdom, become more mindful, train our attention and awareness, and help us achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state. I will guide you in meditations, usually from 5-15 minutes, which can be generic or geared to your specific needs (such as stress reduction, mindfulness, healing journeys, celebration, nature, or forgiveness). They can either be done live over the phone, or recorded and sent to you. I can also send you a written transcript for you to just read or record in your own voice.
We can arrange to do a meditation together over the phone, your choice of 5-15 minutes, specifically geared towards your need or request. It can be one-time only, by appointment, or a regular schedule that can be arranged, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.
